Amund Tøftum.

The contract essentially comprises all structural work, including structural
shell, façades, roof structures and internal work, groundworks and foundations
for the outdoor pool, and significant parts of the landscaping work. The gross
area of the building is approx. 15,800 m2, and will include a large
multi-purpose hall in addition to the swimming facilities. The building will
largely be designed in cast in situ concrete, and have a contiguous glass façade
with a height of around 11 metres around most of the building, and a roof
structure over pool areas in massive wood hollow beams. In addition to the
outdoor pool, the landscaping work includes a large park area.
