Key information relating to the cash dividend in August 2022
Oslo, 11 August 2022 – DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, today announced that, in accordance with the authorization granted at the annual general meeting on 25 May 2022, the board of directors has approved the payment of a dividend of NOK 0.25 per share to be made on or about August 23, 2022 to all shareholders of record on August 16, 2022. DNO shares will trade ex-dividend from August 15, 2022.
