Lotto draws for Norway take place every Saturday at 8:00 am CET. The entry fee is 5 kr and there are five distinct reward tiers with fantastic goodies up for grabs. At least twice a year, special SuperLotto raffles are also held, with higher prize pools than regular Lotto draws.

How to play

Choose seven numbers from 1 to 34. With prizes offered to players that match four or more, the objective is to match your selected numbers with those drawn in the lottery. If you match all seven, you receive the jackpot.

Players can win a second tier reward by matching their seven numbers with six of the winning numbers plus the bonus ball in addition to the bonus ball itself.

Joker

For an additional 20 kr per line, you can also participate in the Joker draw. It can be played separately or in conjunction with the main Vikinglotto and Norway Lotto draws.

You are given five random numbers, and to win a prize you must match two, three, four or five of them in the exact order they are selected. The bigger the prizes, the more numbers you match.

Each draw has a “wild contestant” who is randomly selected, awarded a prize, and given the opportunity to play other games to increase their winnings. To participate in this additional game, Norsk Tipping contacts the Joker Candidate directly.
