North and Selvaag Bolig ordered Veidekke to build the first construction phase with 91 eco-certified apartments and basement parking in the Lille Loren Park project east of Oslo. The assignment is a turnkey contract worth NOK 235 million excluding VAT

Here, a carefully planned new neighborhood has sprung up where an industrial area and a military camp used to be. When it’s all over, Lille Loren Park will have approximately 350 apartments certified to the BREEAM-NOR environmental standard and a kindergarten. The first 91 apartments vary from T1 of 40 m 2 to T5 of 110 m 2 . Lille Loren Park will be located high on the land with good sun and light conditions and with a new municipal park as the nearest neighbor.

We had a good collaboration with Veidekke on several projects and we’re glad they’re building for us here too. Selvaag Bolig has built over two thousand homes on Loren since 2000, and Lille Loren Park will be one of the last projects in the new district, says Deputy General Manager Oystein Klungland in Selvaag Bolig.
